Ingredients

  • 3 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 3/4 cup organic unsweetened almond milk (or milk alternative)
  • 1 level teaspoon organic matcha green tea powder
  • 1 tablespoon organic cashew or almond butter
  • 1 whole organic banana, frozen and cut into pieces
  • 1 scoop Earthquake Eddie Bee Original Mix
  • Granola for topping
  • Toasted or raw shredded coconut for topping

Directions

  1. Add dates, almond milk, matcha powder, nut butter, banana, and Earthquake Eddie Bee Original Mix to your blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a bowl.
  4. Top with your favorite granola.
  5. Sprinkle with toasted or raw shredded coconut.

Optional Hint
