Pronounced "ah-sigh-ee," this tropical acai bowl combines organic acai, mixed fruit, banana, Earthquake Eddie Bee Original Mix, and Pollen Power Punch. Finished with fresh fruit, granola, coconut, nut butter, and honey for an unforgettable breakfast.
Ingredients
- 150g frozen organic acai puree (about 1 cup) or 1 tablespoon acai powder
- 2 cups frozen organic mixed fruit
- 1 organic banana
- 3/4 cup apple juice or milk alternative
- 1 scoop Earthquake Eddie Bee Original Mix
- 1 scoop Earthquake Eddie Bee Pollen Power Punch
Topping Ideas
- Maple granola
- Fresh organic strawberries
- Fresh organic kiwi
- Fresh organic blueberries
- Organic coconut flakes
- 1 teaspoon organic nut butter
- 1 teaspoon Honey Med Raw Honey
Directions
- Add acai puree (or acai powder), frozen fruit, banana, apple juice or milk alternative, Original Mix, and Pollen Power Punch to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Scoop evenly into serving bowls.
- Top with your favorite toppings.
