All Hail the Kale Smoothie
A creamy green smoothie made with chopped kale, vanilla almond milk, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, pineapple, peanut butter, honey, and Earthquake Eddie Bee Original Mix. Smooth, satisfying, and packed with real ingredients.
Ingredients
- 2 cups lightly packed chopped kale leaves, stems removed
- 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or milk alternative
- 1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter, creamy or crunchy
- 1–3 teaspoons raw honey
- 2 scoops Earthquake Eddie Bee Original Mix
Directions
- Add almond milk, Greek yogurt, kale, frozen banana, and pineapple chunks to your blender.
- Add peanut butter, raw honey, and Earthquake Eddie Bee Original Mix.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust honey as desired.
- Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy immediately.
Optional Hint
For the smoothest texture, blend the kale with the almond milk first for 15–20 seconds before adding the remaining ingredients.
