Cinnamon Pear Smoothie
A smooth and comforting blend of pear, banana, ginger, honey, warming spices, and Earthquake Eddie Bee Original Mix. This cozy smoothie combines naturally sweet fruit with aromatic cinnamon and cardamom for a deliciously satisfying treat.
Ingredients
- 1 pear, chopped into chunks
- 1/2 banana, cut into chunks and frozen
- 1/2 inch ginger root, grated
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup cashew or oat milk (or alternative)
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon cardamom
- 1 scoop Earthquake Eddie Bee Original Mix
Directions
- Add pear, frozen banana, grated ginger, yogurt, and milk to a blender.
- Add almond butter, honey, cinnamon, cardamom, and Earthquake Eddie Bee Original Mix.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
