Ingredients

  • 1 pear, chopped into chunks
  • 1/2 banana, cut into chunks and frozen
  • 1/2 inch ginger root, grated
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup cashew or oat milk (or alternative)
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1 scoop Earthquake Eddie Bee Original Mix

Directions

  1. Add pear, frozen banana, grated ginger, yogurt, and milk to a blender.
