Overnight Oats
A simple make-ahead breakfast with organic oats, banana, oat milk, nut butter, honey, fresh blueberries, and Earthquake Eddie Bee Original Mix. Prep it the night before and wake up to an easy, feel-good breakfast.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup organic oats
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup oat milk or milk alternative
- 1 scoop Earthquake Eddie Bee Original Mix
- 1 tablespoon nut butter of choice
- 1–2 teaspoons HoneyMed Honey or sweetener of choice
- 1 handful fresh organic blueberries
Directions
- Add oats, banana, oat milk, Earthquake Eddie Bee Original Mix, nut butter, and honey to a jar.
- Stir well until everything is fully combined and there are no clumps.
- Top with fresh blueberries.
- Cover the jar and refrigerate overnight.
- Enjoy chilled the next morning.
