Smoothie Bowl Tropical Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup organic whole milk Greek yogurt or yogurt alternative
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 navel orange, segmented
  • 1/2 ruby red grapefruit, segmented
  • 1 scoop Earthquake Eddie Bee Original Mix
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 pinch coconut flakes
  • Chopped cashews
  • 1 scoop Earthquake Eddie Bee Pollen Power Punch

Directions

  1. Add yogurt, frozen pineapple, vanilla extract, half of the orange segments, half of the grapefruit segments, and Earthquake Eddie Bee Original Mix to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Divide evenly between two bowls.
  4. Top with the remaining orange and grapefruit segments.
  5. Sprinkle with chia seeds, coconut flakes, and chopped cashews.
  6. Finish with one scoop of Earthquake Eddie Bee Pollen Power Punch.
  7. Stir and enjoy.
