Tahini Smoothie with Cardamom & Dates

Ingredients

  • 4 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 2 bananas, cut into pieces and frozen
  • 1/4 cup sesame tahini
  • 1 1/2 cups milk of your choice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1 scoop Earthquake Eddie Bee Original Mix
  • 1/4 cup crushed ice
  • Raw cacao nibs for garnish

Directions

  1. Add milk, dates, frozen bananas, and tahini to your blender.
  2. Add cinnamon, cardamom, Earthquake Eddie Bee Original Mix, and crushed ice.
  3. Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour into your favorite glass.
  5. Sprinkle with raw cacao nibs and serve immediately.
Optional Hint
Soak the Medjool dates in warm water for 10 minutes before blending if they're a little firm. This creates an extra silky smoothie texture.
